You are responsible for your posts, including anonymous posts.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
We may review, reject, remove, restore, or permanently delete content, suspend or ban accounts, revoke sessions, and limit abusive traffic.
You keep ownership of your content. By posting, you give StickyThoughts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, adapt, and distribute your content only as needed to operate and secure the service.
Thoughts are intended to be persistent posts on StickyThoughts. At this time, users cannot delete a Thought through the app once it is submitted. We may still remove, limit, or retain content when needed for moderation, safety, legal compliance, or service operations.
The service is provided as-is and as-available with no uptime or accuracy guarantees. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
